Userid/Password
To make changes to your registered profile you must have a userid and password. These where set during your initial registration. If you have forgotten either or both of them
simply click the 'Send' button under the header 'Forgot your login information?' in the login box located at the
alumni database main page. Enter in the email address associated with your registration.
Your login information will then be sent to that address. If for some reason the email address you provided is no longer valid and you have forgotten your login
information, please contact us immediately.
Login (photo album, renions, and forums)
In the upper right hand corner click on the 'Login' link. Enter in the same userid and password you use for your alumni record.

Photo Album
First you must login in as a registered alumni, the help entitled 'Login (photo album, renions, and forums)' will assist you. If you are logged in, a link labeled 'Edit Albums/Images' will be available at
the main page as well as in each sub album. This link will be the gateway to uploading images or starting your own album. An example of a sub album is the 'Apartments' folder.
Two choices are available to organize your mission photos.
Upload an image into an existing sub album:
Click on the sub album you wish to upload to. Once in the album, look for the 'Edit Albums/Images' link and click on it. From the drop down menu choose
'View Files' and click the 'Add' button. Enter in the title and description of your photo and select it as an image. Browse for your photo and click the 'Add' button.
Below the 'Add' button a short description of the soon to be uploaded image(s) will appear. You can keep adding images to this album before your continue with the
upload. Confirm the correctness of the upload list and click on the 'Upload' button. Remember that the maximum file size can be no more than 1k bytes.
Start your own sub album
From the main page, look for the 'Edit Albums/Images' link and click on it. From the drop down menu choose 'View Sub Albums' and click the 'Add' button. Enter in the name,
title, and description of your sub album. You can also choose which type of media it will accept, such as image, movies, and flash. Save this album. Too add photos to
your newly created sub album, following the 'Upload and image in and existing sub album' directions.
Reunions
First you must login in as a registered alumni, the help entitled 'Login (photo album, renions, and forums)' will assist you. If you are logged in, a link labeled 'Add New Announcement' will be available at the main page.
Enter in a title, description, and an expiration date. Preferable a day after the scheduled date of the reunion. Finally click on the 'Update' button. Your reunion notice will then be
viewable at the main page.
Forums
First you must login in as a registered alumni, the help entitled 'Login (photo album, renions, and forums)' will assist you. If you are logged in, you can either contribute to an existing thread, or start a new one. Too add to
an existing thread simply choose a subject under the heading 'General' or 'Photos.' Then choose from the list of active threads that are given. Click on the 'New Thread' button to
respond to the chosen thread. To start a new thread click the 'New Thread' button in the list of active threads under the subject you have chosen.
